How are Afterglow products made?+
Most Afterglow items are produced after an order is placed. This made-to-order model helps an independent brand avoid unnecessary mass inventory. Production timing may vary by product.
Can I change or cancel an order?+
Contact us as quickly as possible. Because production may begin soon after checkout, changes and cancellations cannot always be guaranteed.
Sizing
How do I choose a size?+
Use the product-specific fit and sizing information on each product page. Measurements and fit can differ between tees, fitted styles, outerwear, shorts and accessories.
How do I get an oversized fit?+
Where the product page recommends it, choosing one size up can create a looser streetwear fit. Always compare the size guide before ordering.
Production & shipping
When will my order ship?+
Production and delivery times vary by item and destination. The most current shipping estimate appears during checkout and in your order updates.
Will I receive tracking?+
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout after the order ships.
Product care
How should I wash printed apparel?+
Follow the care instructions on the product page and garment label. For most printed apparel, wash cold inside out, use a gentle cycle, tumble dry low and avoid ironing directly on the print.
